Privacy policy
This page says exactly what we collect and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
Last updated September 6, 2026.
The short version
We collect what you type into the contact form. It is emailed to the three of us so we can reply. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not track you while you read this site.
What we collect
The contact form asks for four things:
- Your name, so we know who we are replying to.
- Your email address, so we can reply at all.
- Your business name, so we can look you up before we call.
- What you need, so the person who answers is the one who does that kind of work.
A phone number is optional. Leave it blank and the form still works. We only use it if you tell us you would rather be called than emailed.
There is one more field in the form that you never see. It is a hidden box called a honeypot. It stays empty when a person fills the form in, and automated spam tends to fill it, which is how we throw spam away. It collects nothing about you.
What we do not collect
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Meta pixel and no session recording on this site. We do not know how many people read this page.
- No cookies. This site sets none. See the cookie policyfor the detail.
- No hidden capture of your IP address, the page you came from, or the browser you are using.
- No embedded third party content. No web fonts loaded from Google, no YouTube player, no map iframe, no chat widget. The font on this page is served from this website.
We run ads for clients. We have deliberately not put an advertising pixel on our own site.
Where your message goes
Two companies handle your message on the way to us, and only those two.
- Formspree receives and forwards contact form submissions. When you press send, the form posts straight to them and they forward it to our inbox. They keep a copy of submissions on their own systems. Their privacy policy is athttps://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Google Workspace hosts the mailbox those forwarded messages land in. Your message sits in our mailbox the same way any email would. Their privacy policy is athttps://policies.google.com/privacy.
Nobody else sees it. We do not pass enquiries to other agencies, and we do not have an affiliate arrangement with anyone.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we are working together and for two years afterwards, because that is roughly how long a question about old work takes to arrive.
If you do not become a client, we delete the enquiry within twelve months.
Having your details deleted
Email hello@arazscales.com and ask. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to use any particular wording. We will delete what we hold, tell you we have done it, and askFormspree to remove their copy too.
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act you can also ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask for a copy of it. Same address, same answer time, which is two business days for the reply and up to forty five days to finish the job.
Children
This site sells services to businesses. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under thirteen.
If this page changes
The date at the top changes with it. If we ever add analytics or anything that sets a cookie, we will say so here before we turn it on, and the cookie policy will stop saying that we set none.
How to reach us about this
Email hello@arazscales.com and one of the three of us will answer. Put the name of the policy in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly.
